I don't remember who said it, and I may not recall the exact wording, but it's a quote I think about often - and I think it's deeply profound
And frankly, really horrifying...
"The worst form of judgment a person can experience,
is when God doesn't stop them,
but instead
gives them exactly what they want."
It emphasizes the terrifying reality of judgment - not as thunder from heaven or fire raining down, but as silence and permission. The moment when God no longer intervenes, and simply lets you continue marching slowly, confidently, toward the future you've chosen for yourself.
Which as we know of course echoes countless warnings throughout Scripture.
The Bible even calls he final deception a Strong Delusion
. And honestly, it really does resemble a kind of spiritual drunkenness - a false ecstasy and euphoria. It grips people not just emotionally, but spiritually. It bypasses truth, logic, reason and appeals to something deeper. It's a counterfeit spirituality, one that feels transcendent
but is entirely hollow and completely void of God's Spirit.
2 Thessalonians 2:10–12
"…because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false…"
Isaiah 29:9–10
"Astonish yourselves and be astonished; blind yourselves and be blind! Be drunk, but not with wine; stagger, but not with strong drink! For the Lord has poured out upon you a spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes (the prophets), and covered your heads (the seers)."
Psalm 81:11–12
"But my people did not listen to my voice; Israel would not submit to me. So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels."
Romans 1:24–25
"Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen."
Hosea 4:6
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
Psalm 81:11–12
"But my people did not listen to my voice; Israel would not submit to me. So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels."
Judges 10:13–14
"Yet you have forsaken me and served other gods; therefore I will save you no more.
Go and cry out to the gods whom you have chosen; let them save you in the time of your distress."
Jeremiah 5:31
"The prophets prophesy falsely, the priests rule at their direction; and my people love to have it so. But what will you do when the end comes?"
Romans 2:5–6
"But because of your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God's righteous judgment will be revealed. He will render to each one according to his works..."
Hebrews 3:12–19
"Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God.
But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.
As it is said,
“Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”
For who were those who heard and yet rebelled? Was it not all those who left Egypt led by Moses?
And with whom was he provoked for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
And to whom did he swear that they would not enter his rest, but to those who were disobedient?
So we see that they were unable to enter because of unbelief."
James 1:14–15
"But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death."
Proverbs 28:13
"Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper,
but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy."
1 Peter 5:6
"Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you..."

Since I love these people - and I know exactly how many of them really function behind the scenes, how emotional, soft, and love-starved they actually are once the false bravado is seen through and completely ignored - there's a part of me that's been thinking about improving my video editing skills just so I can create Gospel videos for them.
And because many of them are, quite literally, some of the most hardened and deluded Pharisees on Earth -almost impossible to reach, the final boss of evangelization before this age literally ends - the approach wouldn't be soft gloves.
You need to know their home base.
Their fortifications.
Their attack strategies.
Their mindset, their fears, their emotions, their desires.
And then you need to symbolically hit them right in the soft spot where they least expect it - the vulnerable places they don't even realize they have.
Imagine those Nazi / WBS / New Age "awakening" hype videos - but in total reverse.
The goal would be to create full-on party-pooper content: something that spreads a deep, intense fear of God and leaves them profoundly uneasy in a way they don't know how to handle.
Not worldly fearmongering. Not manipulation.
I might even affirm their emotions 100% - make them feel safe and comfortable - then deliver the raw, unfiltered kind of truth that hits them square in the chest and runs down into that space between the gut and the spine.
There is no known worldly cure for this kind of fear if it takes hold of your soul.
None.
Doctors will not be able to help you.
Spiritual drunkenness can't hide it.
Your "awakened" pastors can offer no comfort. They will distance themselves from you out of disgusst.
These people have no defense against Biblical blackpills.
Jesus is probably the least frightening and most merciful person imaginable - for the humble.
Children sit in His lap.
The weary sit at His feet.
He lifts up the weak.
His commands are not burdensome.
But if the proud only knew how terrifying Matthew 21:42–44 really is in practice…
It's not just a warning - it's absolute nightmare fuel for anyone who realizes the truth too late.
Not because He is cruel.
But because He is Holy.
And He is coming for you
