1. God Gathers the People Physically FirstEzekiel 36:24 – “I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land.”
Step one is the physical regathering of the Jewish people to the land of Israel. This happened in waves — including the modern Aliyah movement and the rebirth of Israel in 1948.

2. THEN God Cleanses and Softens Their Hearts
Ezekiel 36:25–26 – “Then I will sprinkle clean water on you… I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you.”
Only after they are regathered does God begin the work of spiritual renewal. It is His initiative, not theirs.

3. The Spirit Is Breathed In Last
Ezekiel 37:8–10 – “There was no breath in them… then breath came into them, and they lived.”
The Valley of Dry Bones vision shows the sequence:
1.Bones come together →
2.Flesh appears →
3.Breath (Spirit) enters — last. The Spirit does not come first — it follows the physical restoration.

4. The Messiah Is Revealed After the People Are in the Land
Zechariah 12:10 – “They will look on Me whom they have pierced, and mourn…”
Israel will come to faith in the Messiah after being regathered. Their national repentance follows His return — not before the state’s re-formation.
⸻
5. God’s Will Is Revealed in His Word, Not Human Expectations
Isaiah 14:1 – “The Lord will have compassion on Jacob… and will again choose Israel.”
The restoration of Israel — even in unbelief — is still God’s will, because He promised it long ago.
