The Jews Didn't Kill Jesus

No, the Jewish people did not “kill Jesus” — the Bible teaches that all humanity is responsible for His death.

Jesus laid down His life willingly (John 10:18), according to the predetermined plan of God (Acts 2:23). ✅ Romans 3:23 – “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” ✅ Isaiah 53:5 – “He was pierced for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities…” ✅ Acts 4:27–28 – Herod, Pontius Pilate, Gentiles, and “the people of Israel” were all gathered against Jesus — but to do what God’s hand and plan had predestined. To single out only the Jews is not just inaccurate — it reflects the same spirit of antisemitism that has tragically infected Church history. Jesus Himself was Jewish, as were His disciples and the early Church. Blaming “the Jews” for His death contradicts the very gospel that says He died for our sins. ✝️ He wasn’t murdered by a race. He was offered as a sacrifice for the world.
