• Messiah ben David — still to be fulfilled at His second coming: “The LORD will set His King on Zion” (Psalm 2:6). He will “reign as King and deal wisely” (Jeremiah 23:5). His feet will “stand on the Mount of Olives” (Zechariah 14:4). And He will rule the nations from Jerusalem in the Millennial Kingdom — Israel restored, the Torah going forth from Zion (Isaiah 2:2–4).
⸻
Liar
If He knew He wasn’t Mashiach, then He is Israel’s greatest fraud. But liars do not:
• Heal the blind and lame (Isaiah 35:5–6; Matthew 11:5).
• Preach good news to the poor (Isaiah 61:1; Luke 4:18).
• Lay down their life willingly (Isaiah 53:7; John 10:18).
⸻
Lunatic
If He was deluded, then His words were madness. Yet:
• He astonished the rabbis as a boy (Luke 2:46–47).
• He taught Torah with greater authority than the scribes (Matthew 7:29).
• His enemies confessed: “Never has a man spoken like this man” (John 7:46).
Madmen do not fulfill prophecy with precision.
⸻
The Prophets Testify
•“The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone” (Psalm 118:22).
•“They will look on Me, the one they have pierced” (Zechariah 12:10).
•“Unto us a child is born… Mighty God, Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6).
•“The Righteous Branch will reign as King” (Jeremiah 23:5).

C.S. Lewis wrote: “You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon, or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about Him being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to.”
⸻
The day is coming when Israel will see Him:
“On that day His feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives” (Zechariah 14:4).
“They shall mourn for Him as one mourns for an only son” (Zechariah 12:10).
“And so all Israel will be saved” (Romans 11:26).
The Millennial Kingdom will be Jewish through and through — the Son of David reigning in Jerusalem, the nations streaming to Zion, Torah going forth, Israel exalted.
Lord, liar, or lunatic? The prophets have spoken. The King is coming.
