Isaiah 41:10
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Though often applied to believers today, this promise was originally given to Israel (see Isaiah 41:8-9).
Isaiah 43:1-2
“But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: ‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine… When you pass through the waters, I will be with you…’”
Jeremiah 30:11
“For I am with you to save you, declares the Lord; I will make a full end of all the nations among whom I scattered you, but of you I will not make a full end.”
Zechariah 2:8
”…he who touches you touches the apple of his eye.”
God’s protective presence and emotional attachment to Israel is unshakable.
Romans 11:1-2
“I ask, then, has God rejected his people? By no means!… God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew.”
Paul reaffirms God’s enduring relationship with Israel in the New Testament.
These verses declare: God is with Israel — past, present, and future.
