Can you Love the Jewish King While Hating His Brethren?
Can you Love the Jewish King While Hating His Brethren?
Many claim to love Jesus.
They preach His name, sing His praise, and declare loyalty to the King of kings.
But one thing they often forget—Jesus is Jewish.
Born of David’s line (Matthew 1:1)
Raised in Nazareth (Matthew 2:23)
Preached in synagogues (Luke 4:16)
Celebrated Jewish feasts (John 7:2, John 10:22)
Called Himself sent to the lost sheep of Israel (Matthew 15:24)
Crucified with the title “King of the Jews” (John 19:19)
Returning to Jerusalem (Zechariah 14:4; Acts 1:11–12)
If you love this Jesus—
you cannot reject His earthly brethren.

Hidden Hatred: Antisemitism in Disguise
Antisemitism rarely shows up wearing a swastika.
It’s more clever than that.
It cloaks itself in academic language and theological fog:
“Anti-Zionism”
“We’re not antisemitic, just anti-Israel’s policies”
“The Church is the new Israel”
“Those promises were conditional”
“The Jews killed Jesus”
But this is nothing new.
“They have said, ‘Come, let us wipe them out as a nation; let the name of Israel be remembered no more!’”
— Psalm 83:4
The same spirit that whispered in Pharaoh’s ear, stirred up Haman, filled Hitler, Hamas, the Houthis, and now fuels Replacement Theology and much of global academia is still at work today.
It is the spirit of Satan, the dragon who seeks to destroy the woman and her child (Revelation 12:1–6).

God’s Word is Clear:
“Whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye.”
— Zechariah 2:8
“I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse.”
— Genesis 12:3
“For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.”
— Romans 11:29
“Do not boast against the branches.”
— Romans 11:18
⸻
Strong Warnings
Jesus identifies with His Jewish brethren:
“Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” — Matthew 25:40
And Paul gives us this chilling reminder:
“Do not be arrogant… if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will He spare you.” — Romans 11:21
⸻
The Truth?
The Church did not replace Israel.
The Jews are still beloved for the sake of the fathers (Romans 11:28).
The land promises are not revoked.
The covenants are not transferred.
And the King of Israel is returning to sit on David’s throne in Jerusalem (Luke 1:32–33, Isaiah 9:6–7, Zechariah 14:9).
⸻
You cannot truly follow King Yeshua while scorning the people He called His own.
Antisemitism in theological clothing is still hatred.
And God is watching.
Israel is not forgotten—she is the centerpiece of prophecy.
“You will arise and have pity on Zion; it is the time to favor her; the appointed time has come.” — Psalm 102:13
