3 Reasons to Support God's Regathering of the Jewish People

Here are 3 reasons we do not want to be unaware of or opposed to God's regathering of the Jewish people to both their homeland and to their God: ✅ IT's FOR GOD'S GLORY 📖 Ezekiel 36:23-25 "I will honor the holiness of My great name, which has been profaned among the nations—the name you [Israel] have profaned among them. The nations will know that I am Yahweh”—the declaration of the Lord God—“when I demonstrate My holiness through you [Israel] in their sight. “For I will take you [Israel] from the nations and gather you [Israel] from all the countries, and will bring you [Israel] into your own land. I will also sprinkle clean water on you [Israel], and you [Israel] will be clean. I will cleanse you [Israel] from all your impurities and all your idols." READERS NOTE: This passage is about the second worldwide regathering of the Jewish people. See Isaiah 11:10-11. The current regathering is the regathering of Israel in unbelief for the purposes of God, including discipline. God loves Israel and will bring them into the bond of the covenant through the time of Jacob's Trouble (Jer. 30:7). ✅ IT'S A VITAL PART OF JESUS' MISSION 📖 Isaiah 49:5-6 "And now, says the Lord, who formed me from the womb to be His Servant, to bring Jacob back to Him so that Israel might be gathered to Him; for I am honored in the sight of the Lord, and my God is my strength— He [God] says, “It is not enough for you to be My Servant raising up the tribes of Jacob and restoring the protected ones of Israel. I will also make you a light for the nations, to be My salvation to the ends of the earth.” READERS NOTE: Notice that the Servant is not abandoning His mission to Israel just because God has expanded His mission to the nations. Gentile inclusion does not equal Jewish exclusion. Israel is a vital part of Jesus' ministry and He will fulfill His objectives because He is a faithful Servant! ✅ WE ARE TOLD TO "WATCH" & "PROCLAIM" 📖 Jeremiah 31:8-10 "Watch! I am going to bring them from the northern land. I will gather them from remote regions of the earth — the blind and the lame will be with them, along with those who are pregnant and those about to give birth. They will return here as a great assembly! They will come weeping, but I will bring them back with consolation. I will lead them to wadis filled with water by a smooth way where they will not stumble, for I am Israel’s Father, and Ephraim is My firstborn. Nations, hear the word of the Lord, and tell it among the far off coastlands! Say: The One who scattered Israel will gather him. He will watch over him as a shepherd guards his flock.."

READERS NOTE: Are you watching? Are you telling it among the coastlands?
